Online bookings shall be made through whatsapp calls/message only. We do not accept any online bookings through our official webpage or Facebook messengers. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary.

4. Consent Under PDPA

By using this website, submitting forms, or contacting us through this platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Your information will be used only for purposes related to dental care, appointment scheduling, clinic administration, or communication with you.

We do not handle any online payments through our website. All payments must be made physically in the clinic. We accept cash, debit/credit card payments (processed in-person), and QR code scans for e-wallets. Please note that our website does not support any form of e-commerce or online financial transactions.​
